With your permission our team are able to connect to your system, see what you’re seeing/doing, diagnose, resolve and instruct you about the problem
Supporting our clients is our utmost priority. We care about delivering customer satisfaction, well beyond expectations.
We try to be flexible with the way our Support is delivered. There are no fixed term contracts and you only purchases as much Support as you need.
Support is paid for by purchasing packs of time at our standard hourly rate. We do offer a discount for purchasing larger packs of time.
How it works
We provide a variety of packaged offerings to support our different Microsoft Dynamics solutions; each tailored to suit the needs and budget of the organisation.
Each support call is logged in our system for tracking purposes. All time worked is recorded against the support call. We will provide a detailed log to you of how your support hours have been used.
